Job Overview:

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $71.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Thorough working knowledge of specific organizational business areas.
  • Ability to maintain a deep understanding of complex products, systems, and underlying business processes.
  • Proficiency in utilizing programming language/coding to define and implement system goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, maintain, and implement various systems within the organization to meet business needs and desired outcomes.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Support all current applications and participate in new application initiatives to replace legacy technologies.
  • Generate reports from various systems and provide analysis to the executive team and other departments to identify business insights.
  • Advise the Chief Financial Officer of technical solutions and anticipate downstream implications of system changes.
  • Administer resources including integrations and toolsets that support various system applications.
  • Assist with the implementation of purchased software applications, including documentation of requirements, process flows, and project timelines.
  • Translate organizational needs into product backlogs, user stories, and requirements to optimize business value.
  • Ensure quality and integrity of data from multiple sources and generate ad-hoc reports.
  • Work collaboratively across all lines of business and departments with a positive attitude.
  • Coordinate and link systems within the organization to increase compatibility and information sharing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
