Purpose
Responsible for system monitoring, maintenance, and support of all networked software and operating systems. Will provide end-user support and troubleshooting of applications and software
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as point of contact within the IT Operations to provide technical support to end-users
Help users on a day-to-day basis with IT-related issues
Computer repair and troubleshooting
Troubleshoot software and network issues
Troubleshoot basic Active Directory/Window Domain issues
Perform proactive maintenance in PCs and Printers
Configure and install PCs, printers, and scanners
Perform first-level problem determination and resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members
Monitor and follow up on outstanding issues and update users on the current status
Assist with special projects as needed
Consistently meet or exceed requirements/performance criteria
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Field Technician experience
Ability to travel up to 50%
Cisco and Networking experience
Basic Microsoft Windows/Microsoft 0365 environment
Experience with Asset Management and ITSM Platforms
Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills
Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel
Detail and customer service-oriented
Problem-solving skills to resolve issues
Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed
Must have strong Microsoft Windows 10 hands-on experience
English fluency
Valid Drivers License
Ability to Travel via Airline
Preferred Skills
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Citrix/iGEL experience
2 Years experience with IT Support
