Job description

We are currently looking for a Technical Service Specialist (m/f/d) - Central Europe to join our team in our General Industrial Business Unit. This is a fully remote position, which can be situated anywhere in Central Europe (FR, BE, NL, D, PL, AT).

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite technical support to customers
  • Manage line trials to develop new business
  • Partner with Area Sales Managers on solution-based selling
  • Conduct plant/process audits and deliver improvement reports
  • Manage technically driven accounts to grow business and retain customers
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues
  • Handle technical aspects of quality claims
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts
  • Deliver technical training programs (theoretical & practical)
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners
  • Contribute to the EMEA technical team
  • Conduct Approved Applicator audits
  • Manage the lab
Key competencies:
