Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company seeking a Printer Technician to handle service requests and printer supply deliveries. The role involves working with Ricoh printers, requiring driving to various locations and providing technical support to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Driving: This does require driving a personal vehicle for service call visits and toner/ supplies delivery.
• You will be responsible for Checking Service Now Tickets and Answering Phone Calls to respond to service requests and Printer Supply deliveries on a day-to-day basis.
• This position is working with Ricoh Printers, this involves moving desktop printers, delivering toner and other consumable parts throughout an entire hospital system to include remote clinics.
• Lots of Walking required, Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Required, driving a personal vehicle to remote locations required.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
