Overview:

We are seeking a highly communicative and customer-focused individual to support our proprietary large-format X-ray machines. While technical knowledge can be trained, strong soft skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing conversations professionally and confidently.

- Handle critical and challenging customer interactions without becoming flustered.

- Provide application support for Windows-based systems, including file structures and database-related tasks.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues during a structured 5-week training program and beyond.

- Handle 13-15 calls a day

Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to control and guide conversations effectively.

- Comfortable managing crucial conversations and maintaining composure under pressure.

- Basic technical foundation in Windows environments and database systems (file structures, application support).

- Willingness to learn proprietary systems through comprehensive training.

Training:

Full technical training provided (approximately 5 weeks).
