Woodland Direct is looking for a Technical Sales Support Representative I to help customers, contractors, and our sales team with product selection, installation questions, troubleshooting, and technical support for our hearth products.

No hearth experience? No problem.

We'll teach you the hearth industry. What we're looking for is someone with strong mechanical aptitude, technical curiosity, and a passion for helping people solve problems.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support before and after the sale.
  • Assist customers with installation, troubleshooting, and product application questions.
  • Support the Sales and Customer Service teams with technical expertise.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns while delivering exceptional service.
  • Become a product expert in assigned hearth product categories.
  • Meet individual service goals and follow up to ensure successful customer outcomes.
