We are seeking a Sales Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a technical expert who bridges the gap between client needs and BairesDev's solutions, you'll play a critical role in the sales process by engaging with leads and prospects, designing tailored technical solutions, and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to secure new business opportunities. This role combines presales expertise, delivery knowledge, and consulting skills, requiring both technical depth and strong communication abilities.

You'll define project scope, assemble crossโ€functional delivery teams, and respond to complex RFPs and RFIs while ensuring each solution is viable, competitive, and aligned with client objectives. This position requires travel to support client meetings and presentations, offering you the opportunity to work directly with enterprise clients while driving BairesDev's growth. What You'll Do: Meet with leads and prospects alongside sales teams to understand and translate their requirements into documents.

Travel to meet leads and attend events, serving as the technical expert in conversations. Engage in technical conversations around software development and delivery at the solution level. Work on generating proposals and recommendations for software delivery approaches.

Provide consulting for best practices in software delivery. What we are looking for: Ability to travel within the US. Experience working in software development.

Experience in solutioning or technical sales roles. Experience in specific areas of the SDLC, building and implementing technology solutions. Experience leading technical teams.
