Position Availability

  • In-Office Positions: Available for candidates who live locally
  • Remote Positions: Available for candidates residing in Indiana, Missouri, Illinois, Georgia and Texas.


What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support to customers and field technicians via phone and email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Create, update, and manage service calls using our internal service management software
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams through clear, timely, and effective email correspondence
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure prompt issue resolution
  • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation, detailed service notes, and follow-up records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
