Job Title: Kinaxis Implementation & Support Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Kinaxis Implementation & Support Associate with 10–12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and hands-on expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Kinaxis solutions while collaborating with cross-functional business teams to optimize supply chain planning processes. Certification in Kinaxis and/or JDA (Blue Yonder) is a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
  • Configure supply planning, demand planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, and capacity planning modules.
  • Conduct business requirement workshops and translate requirements into system configurations.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy planning models, dashboards, and control towers.
  • Participate in data integration activities with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Support & Enhancements

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Kinaxis applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
  • Manage change requests and system enhancements.
  • Support monthly/quarterly planning cycles and ensure system stability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Planning, IT, and Business teams.
  • Support S&OP/IBP cycles and executive reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Planning systems.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Demand Planning
    • Supply Planning
    • Inventory Optimization
    • S&OP / IBP
    • Master Data & Data Modeling
  • Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems (SAP APO/S4 etc.).
  • Strong SQL/data analysis skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain KPIs and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Kinaxis RapidResponse Certification
  • JDA/Blue Yonder Certification
  • Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies
