Technical Support Representative, TS/SCI Security Clearance Required, Chantilly, VA
Ready to hire a Technical Support Representative. Qualified candidates must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance. Military (Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines) experience is a big plus!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and customer service to the organization's users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes).
- Answer questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures; may be located within a call center.
- Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems.
- Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Require specialized skills or is multi-skilled developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
- Complete work with a limited degree of supervision.
- Likely to act as an informal resource for associates with less experience.
- Require skilled in a range of processes, procedures, and systems to carry out assigned tasks or has developed deep skills in a single area.
- Apply knowledge of how the team integrates with other teams to achieve objectives.
- Provide informal guidance and support to team members.
- Provide solutions to atypical problems based on proven practices or procedures.
- Impact the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team; recommends changes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
