Status: Full-Time 

Schedule: 8.00 Hours/Day (7:30 am-4:00 pm) Monday-Friday 260 Days/Year 

Minimum Salary: $25.99

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Tech Support & Training position is responsible for providing technical support to the staff located in the PaTTAN Harrisburg office as well as work with technical staff members affiliated with local intermediate units to improve effectiveness and productivity.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Education Required: A certificate or associate's degree in an information technology related field required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Licensure Required: Valid PA Driver's License.
Experience Required: A minimum of three years technical experience.
Other Qualifications: Good oral and written communication skills. Excellent technical problem solving skills. Handle confidential data. Flexibility, trust, integrity, and ability to prioritize and work independently. Experience with Windows and Macintosh platforms.
