We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective requirement gathering, analysis, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Perform data analysis and create detailed reports using SQL or similar tools
  • Support UAT and ensure requirements are met with high quality
  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
