Position Overview
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will partner with our Sales team as a technical resource, leading hands-on product demonstrations of The Rebusยฎ Platform for prospective and existing customers.
  • You will draw on hands-on warehouse operations experience and technical expertise to understand customers' challenges and show, live, how Rebus solves them.
  • You will be proficient in the technical and operational aspects of our platform and will advise on and design solutions for prospective and existing customers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customized, hands-on demonstrations of The Rebusยฎ Platform to prospective and existing customers, tailoring each session to their specific warehouse operations and business goals
  • Develop and maintain expertise in feature functionality and practical application of The Rebusยฎ Platform and our full suite of product offerings
  • Partner with sales to help companies across varying industries understand and evaluate the technical and operational fit of our products, leading evaluation cycles to gain product fit consensus
  • Design, validate and document technical solutions to share with prospective customers
  • Collect and analyze feedback from prospective customers to influence roadmap, collaborating with sales engineering, engineering, and product management teams to meet our prospects' business challenges and align with our internal business objectives
  • Participate in RFI/RFP process and respond to technical assessments

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain.
  • 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or WMS/Logistics Technology; you understand how a warehouse runs, not just how to sell to one.
  • Experience in a technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting capacity, including delivering software demonstrations, preferred.
  • Ability to translate operational challenges into technical solutions and communicate them clearly to both warehouse operators and senior executives.
  • High comfort level and presence with senior executives.
  • Experience in a team-based selling environment.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding customer-focused account management skills.
  • Virtual-based position: Requires ability to travel 25% or more
