THE ROLE:

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will serve as a technical pre-sales leader, partnering with Account Executives to design compelling ServiceNow solutions that drive growth, build customer confidence, and differentiate Intact in the market. You'll lead technical solutioning for strategic pursuits, guide customers through complex buying decisions, and play a key role in shaping and maturing Intact's growing pre-sales practice.


TO BE SUCCESSFUL HERE YOU WILL:

Solution Leadership

  • Lead technical solution strategy for strategic pursuits, designing compelling solutions that address customer needs and build confidence in Intact's ability to deliver.
  • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing technical leadership during discovery, solution development, presentations, and proposal activities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on ServiceNow and Intact's capabilities.

Strategic Account Ownership

  • Support a portfolio of strategic accounts by partnering with Account Executives to develop solution strategies, engage customers, and drive successful outcomes throughout the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to account and pursuit strategies that align with customer objectives and Intact's growth strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery, Solution Architecture, Contracts, Finance, and Proposal Management to ensure successful pursuit execution.

Pre-Sales Capability Development

  • Help shape and mature Intact's growing pre-sales practice by contributing best practices, reusable assets, and technical sales methodologies.
  • Mentor teammates and share knowledge to help establish a scalable and high-performing Solution Consulting organization.
  • Develop repeatable solutioning approaches that improve customer experience, sales effectiveness, and win rates.

Business Development & Market Leadership

  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, ServiceNow, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align pre-sales strategy, account coverage, and technical capacity with pipeline growth.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow, federal modernization priorities, and Intact's evolving service offerings.
  • Represent Intact at customer, partner, and industry events as needed.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales, or technology services, including leadership of complex customer engagements.
  • Demonstrated success supporting technical solution strategy and complex, enterprise sales pursuits.
  • Experience partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer success.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and enterprise digital workflow solutions.
  • Proven ability to build trusted executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams through complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, align diverse stakeholders, and drive decisions in complex environments.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to travel as required to support customers, partners, and business development activities.


NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA required, CIS/CAD or other advanced certifications preferred).
  • Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers and understanding of federal procurement and acquisition processes.
  • Experience helping establish or scale a technical pre-sales or solution consulting practice.
  • Experience mentoring teammates or contributing to the growth of a pre-sales organization.
  • Established relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including customers, partners, or ServiceNow field organizations.
  • Experience with strategic capture, proposal development, and competitive pursuit strategy.
  • Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.
