Job description

The Solution Engineer will lead technical requirement gathering and solutioning for customer use cases. This person will provision tools, resources, and ensure alignment with customer needs. This person will lead the customer use case intake process, working with customers to understand their requirements and objectives. This person will coordinate with technical teams to develop solutions for customer needs, ensuring proposed solutions are feasible and align with the WDP System's capabilities. This person will manage the intake pipeline, prioritizing and scheduling new use cases based on organizational priorities and resource availability. This person will develop and maintain intake process documentation and templates. This person will facilitate solutioning workshops with customers and technical teams. This person will work with the service catalog manager to identify opportunities for new or enhanced services based on recurring customer needs. This person will track and report on intake metrics, including volume, cycle time, and customer satisfaction. This person will collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth handoff of new use cases for implementation. This person will stay informed about the WDP System's capabilities and roadmap to effectively guide customers during the intake process.

    • Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
    • Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
    • Senior: 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
  • Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
