Senior Technical Service Representative

FinishWorks is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Service Representative to support key customer accounts through technical expertise, relationship management, and proactive service delivery. This position serves as a critical link between customers and the business, ensuring product performance, resolving technical challenges, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all service activities within assigned accounts and territories, including product testing, troubleshooting, process improvement, customer training, and technical support. This individual will work directly with customer personnel to ensure coating systems are performing to expectations while providing timely solutions to product and process-related issues. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day technical service requirements for assigned accounts and territories.
  • Ensuring optimum coating quality and product performance.
  • Troubleshooting customer concerns and implementing corrective actions.
