Client Service Associate -PLANO Texas-On Site

Position Summary

We are seeking a Client Service Associate who consistently provides exceptional service to all clients and demonstrates strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks successfully, and a high level of technical proficiency. The ideal candidate can quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.

Candidate Characteristics / Disposition

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, service‑driven, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. This individual should be eager to learn, expand responsibilities, and follow written instructions with accuracy. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Essential Functions

  • Client Servicing: Assist with client service needs, including processing requests, resolving issues, and delivering timely, accurate, and exceptional service.
  • Client Onboarding: Support onboarding and ongoing data maintenance by collecting, reviewing, and organizing client information and required documentation.
  • Money Movement: Process all forms of money movement—including checks, wires, journals, ACH, DAFs, and other transactions—with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
  • Communications & Correspondence: Serve as a trusted point of contact for service‑related interactions with clients and custodians, exercising discretion and professionalism.
  • Team Support: Provide backup support to the Client Service Team.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, some PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM platforms and workflows.

Compensation & Benefits:
