Job Title: Technical Scrum Master-TS/SCI with Poly Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a dedicated Technical Scrum Master with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance with the Maryland customer to join our dynamic team in Sterling, Virginia. This role involves supporting and developing new features for the PETITEPEPPER contract in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to be in the Virginia office three days a week and work out of our Maryland office for the rest of the week. Responsibilities: The Technical Scrum Master is a hybrid role responsible for leading the software development agile team by overseeing design, implementation, Quality Assurance, and validation of programming code, products, and deployments; creating project outlines and timelines; facilitating daily stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve technical and project issues the team may be experiencing; removing project obstacles; documenting progress and communicating to appropriate audience. * Lead Agile product teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) organization
* Provide strategic technical leadership ensuring alignment with client needs and program goals
* Conduct Agile SAFe ceremonies and events
* Track and collect Agile metrics for inclusion into program level metrics Facilitate team velocity and remove blockers
* Supports Shared Services and technical program leadership in conducting release planning, system design and system implementation as needed
* Responsible for team performance to include delivery of documented deliverables
* Creates meeting agendas and tracks after action items to closure for meetings as required
* Facilitates team communications and updates Program Management Office (PMO), product owner, product stakeholders, and staff as appropriate
* Prepares briefings on product status for both CACI and Government leadership
* Collaborates effectively with team members across multiple organizations
* Effectively documents and manages customer expectations in a fast-paced and fluid environment
* Assists Quality/Program Manager with the creation of contract deliverable documentation Qualifications: Required: * Must have Scrum Master Certification
* Current TS/SCI with Poly
* 3 years' experience managing projects in similar size and with multiple competing priorities
* 3 years' experience managing IT projects using either Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies
* 5 years' experience in software development, software engineering and/or IT system and network architecture supporting enterprise-wide IT solutions
* Adaptable and able to work constructively with a technically and geographically diverse team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment; working with others to meet aggressive time-based goals and high-quality standards
* Typically has a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience. Desired: * Experience with SAFe
* System Analysis experience
* Experience with IT Service Management
* Experience with network and IT monitoring concepts
* Experience using, deploying or supporting ServiceNow, Splunk or Tableau
