Job description

Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative
An Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative (ISR) is a key member of the team and represents Glass Doctor on sales, support calls, scheduling, and office management. Responsible for proactively generating sales as well as handling service requests. Exemplifies our Code of Values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position requires a self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented person with a high level of work ethic. Must be able to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction and be able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional services and earn business
  • Generate automotive and flat glass quotes using Point-of -Sale software
  • Schedule work orders
  • Complete work orders and return customer calls
  • Confirm customer appointments
  • General office management
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
  • Self Starter
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MSOffice
