We are seeking a motivated and technically oriented Sales Technician to support an established territory and contribute to continued business growth. This role is ideal for someone who can combine technical knowledge with strong customer relationship skills, identify opportunities, and provide responsive support to customers and prospects.

Position Responsibilities Territory Management
  • Manage and develop an established customer territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor territory activity and develop strategies to support continued growth.
Technical Sales Support
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and product information to customers.
  • Conduct customer visits, demonstrations, and presentations as needed.
  • Translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers within the assigned territory.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Develop long-term relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
Business Development
  • Prospect for new customers and sales opportunities.
