Standard Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.  

Position Summary:


The Human Resource Coordinator, also referred to as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, aids with and facilitates onboarding processes companywide. This role acts as a liaison between Human Resources, Recruiting, and all newly hired employees. The TA Coordinator facilitates new hire onboarding, first week scheduling, and training to ensure a best-in-class employee experience. The TA Coordinator ensures processes are adhered to and schedules are followed, provides administrative support to the human resource department, and assists with record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entries.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the recruiting team to manage the final stages of the recruitment process including communication with candidates, hiring managers, generalists, and other internal team members. 
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Assist in the preparation of new employee files.
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Serve as primary contact for new hires in current recruiting technologies (Paylocity), ensuring optimal performance and user support. Assist in submitting helpdesk ticketing system, and various other technologies leveraged within recruiting. 
  • Proactively recommend new processes to enhance operational efficiencies and streamline recruiting processes. 
  • Assist with tracking and reporting of monthly and quarterly recruiting metrics. 
  • Manage communication among internal departments during the onboarding and offboarding phases to drive awareness of TA efforts. 
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Support and collaborate with internal HR operations team members.
  • Conduct and communicate exit interview details to support retention.  
  • Positively contribute to employee branding efforts through social media. 
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Required: 1-3 years of job-related experience, preferably in HR. 
  • Required: Exposure to a high-volume, multi-state environment
  • Required: Experience with HR software and systems (e.g. Paylocity, Greenhouse). Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support. 
  • Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. 
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 
  • Preferred: Previous administrative or project planning experience in HR. 

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
