Job description

The University of Alaska Anchorage is recruiting for a CRM Marketing Manager to work with our Enrollment Services department. If you are interested in the position and have experience in marketing, communications, or enrollment services we encourage you to apply!
The CRM Marketing Manager is a key member of the Enrollment Services team, responsible for managing and optimizing the university's Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms to support student recruitment, admissions, and advancement initiatives. This position combines technical CRM administration with strategic enrollment marketing, collaborating across departments and University of Alaska campuses to develop automated communication campaigns, maintain data integrity, improve business processes, and deliver actionable insights.
To thrive in this role the applicant should be a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with experience administering Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, managing data, and developing automated communications. They are an organized problem solver who can balance multiple priorities, build strong relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and use technology to improve processes and support student success.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Business or related field and three years of progressively responsible experience relevant to the position, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Position Details:
This is a full-time, term-funded, exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package . UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule , Grade 79, based on education and experience.
