What you'll do:
As the Lead TQM, you will:
  • Lead Premium Engagement program
  • Lead analysis of customer situation/requirements, including business requirements, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics
  • Lead engagement planning of Premium Engagement services to customer situation/requirements, solutions, create a value proposition, secure customer alignment, contracts, including working with account teams, solution or industry experts, partners, executives, and delivery support teams
  • Lead engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services, including governance, top issue/escalation management, executive reporting & presentations, resource staffing, procurement, contract management, and services delivery
  • Lead engineering services or resources for end-to-end projects or focused phased activities, including design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, escalations, empower training, and workshops

What You Bring (Minimum Job Requirements):
  • Strong SAP business and technical solution architecture expertise.
  • 8 -10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP's Enterprise Solutions, Industry Solutions, Platform Solutions, SaaS Solutions, Third-Party Technologies, or Partner Technologies.
  • Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or SAP Business Technology Platform preferred.
  • SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices
  • Experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects
  • Pre-sales, Solutioning, Procurement, Contract Lifecycles, Contract Renewals, and Customer Retention experience
  • Experience working with c-levels, senior leaders, influencers, and trusted advisors
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
  • Bachelor or Master's STEM Degree: Science, Tech, Engineering, Math or equivalent experience in the field of technology
