Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Assistant located in Henrico.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Assistant role involvespreparing and circulatingvarious technicalquality reportsand dashboards, ensuringadherence to all process metricsand customer satisfaction targets, managingQMS administration and documentation, and participating in all site calls to record comprehensive minutes

What a typical day looks like:

  • Prepare and circulate comprehensive technical quality reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering yield, defects, customer feedback, and supplier quality metrics.

  • Ensure adherence to set targets for all process metrics and manage general administration of the Quality Management System as directed by the Quality Manager.

  • Facilitate smooth transitions for various technical quality reports by undergoing and providing site-specific training.

  • Manage customer satisfaction levels and assist with data capture for the management of the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

  • Support the team in maintaining and controlling documents and procedures within the document management system. Take comprehensive minutes during all site calls.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/Mechanical/Computer Science/Electronics/Physics

  • Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Very Good analytical and logical reasoning skills

  • Flexible working in any time zone.
