This position will be based in Springfield, TN.

About the Role:

The Senior Electronics Project Leader drives the development and integration of electronic systems for home appliance products, leading crossfunctional teams across system engineering, hardware, software, and testing. This role owns project execution from concept through production, ensuring products meet performance, cost, quality, and timeline targets. The position requires strong technical expertise, structured project leadership, and the ability to coordinate across global teams and suppliers to deliver highquality, energyefficient, and reliable products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend development of electronic modules and systems from concept through production readiness

  • Define project scope and translate business, consumer, and technical requirements into actionable plans

  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies

  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams including engineering, labs, product line, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing

  • Integrate system engineering inputs to ensure alignment with product performance, connectivity, and usability requirements

  • Manage project KPIs including schedule, cost, quality, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) targets

  • Conduct cost analysis, feasibility studies, and identify opportunities for cost optimization

  • Lead design reviews, project gate checkpoints, and crossfunctional status updates

  • Ensure timely development of engineering documentation including BOMs, specifications, test plans, and change notices

  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and drive corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in electronics development and new product introduction, with a track record of successful product launches

  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, power electronics, and product lifecycle management

  • Experience with connectivity technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth, IoT), system updates, and cybersecurity fundamentals

  • Understanding of manufacturing, production, and assembly processes

  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage complex technical projects

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project); PMP or similar certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the home appliance or consumer durable goods industry

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies

  • Experience working with global teams and external suppliers
