  • Lead distributed onshore and offshore teams across multiple locations and time zones
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, preferably within healthcare payer or healthcare technology environments
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Healthcare payer experience required, including exposure to claims systems, customer service systems, system integrations, or highly transactional enterprise ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies; PMP, CSM, or related certifications preferred but not required
  • Hands-on technical background preferred, including experience with solution development, documentation, QA, system design, coding, or performance optimization
  • Experience leading onshore and offshore teams with demonstrated success managing virtual delivery models

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong task management, dependency tracking, and prioritization capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced client environments
  • Calm, confident demeanor with the ability to maintain urgency while providing leadership and stability during complex initiatives
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TeamGantt, or MS Project
  • Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locations as needed
  • Flexibility to support project or client needs outside of standard business hours when required
  • Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client location
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience supporting or leading Salesforce-related projects, preferably within healthcare payer or healthcare technology environments
  • Based in Chicago, IL, and flexible to work from our Chicago office as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Flexible PTO, monthly half-day refuels, volunteer time off, 10 paid holidays
