Location: 1st - Chicago, IL, 2nd Dallas, TX, 3rd Portland, OR

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and drive multiple initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing project intake, prioritization, and governance while helping to establish and enhance project management processes, particularly 

through the implementation and optimization of Monday.com.

You will work within a small, collaborative IT team while partnering closely with a global IT support organization to successfully deliver project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through delivery
  • Oversee project intake and prioritization processes
  • Establish and enhance project management frameworks and governance practices
  • Implement and optimize Monday.com as a project management tool
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure alignment and execution

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience
  • Proven experience managing both infrastructure and application-based projects
  • Hands-on experience with Monday.com (implementation and/or optimization)
