  • Collaborate with sales and development to define deliverables and timelines.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to set expectations and provide updates.

  • Document project information, change orders, and decisions throughout the lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate or collaborate as appropriate to find timely resolutions.
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation of activities, deadlines, and outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage project scope, cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Support the continuous improvement of project workflows and customer experience.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Required Skills

  • Experience in technical project management, ecommerce implementation, technical account management, or a related role.
  • Experience working directly with customers in a project, implementation, support, or account management environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate customer needs into clear internal tasks and follow-ups.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce concepts, including product catalogs, categories, pricing, inventory, customers, carts, checkout, orders, shipping, tax, and payments.
  • Understanding of the website project lifecycle, including discovery, setup, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
  • Solid technical familiarity with JavaScript (JS), HTML, and CSS for troubleshooting, content review, and guiding development teams.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, or similar systems.
  • Basic knowledge of DNS, domains, website hosting, and SSL certificates.
  • Experience using project management tools, ticketing systems, or task-tracking platforms.
  • Ability to write clear ticket requests, bug reports, meeting notes, customer follow-ups, and internal handoff notes.
  • Solid understanding of project scope, change control, escalation, and issue tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps, blockers, missing information, or project risks.
  • Bonus / Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with B2B ecommerce, ERP integrations, or customer-specific pricing workflows is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with data mapping, CSV files, product imports/exports, or catalog cleanup.
  • Technical writing or documentation experience is a plus.
