• Prior experience of managing a product team.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant discipline.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (Architects, Feature Owners, Designers and business partners etc.,) spread out globally.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems.
• Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Data driven and result oriented
• Familiarity with OKR models preferred. Understand measuring outcomes using Key results.
• Experience in building/managing technology products on cloud platform.
• Ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex decision making in a rapidly changing environment.
• Previous success working with an Agile development team.
• Background in software development - preferred.
• Understands technical problems and can assess technology strategy used for meeting the business requirements.
• Experience in EV eco system - nice to have.
