Education and Experience »
  • 5+ years in a hands-on technical role (technical project management, systems development, or similar)
  • 2+ years as a subject matter expert relevant to the SAP focus area

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Hands-on SAP technical development and design
  • Technical project management and systems delivery methodologies
  • Mentoring and leading development teams
  • Workflow design, gap analysis, and process documentation
  • Stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead SAP technical design and development, including managing development demand through a structured intake and prioritization process.
  • Mentor a team of SAP developers and coordinate day-to-day priorities.
  • Partner with functional, architectural, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable SAP solutions.
  • Lead project delivery for medium-complexity projects, including workflow design, system builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
