Title: Technical Project Manager/Program Manager

Team: Data & Analytics, Global Operations COE

Location: New York, NY 10036 Hybrid

Duration: 9-12 months (potential contract-to-hire based on performance)

Pay Range: ($95 - $110) on an hourly basis.



About the Role:



  • We are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to drive planning, organization, and execution across a fast-moving Data & Analytics portfolio.

  • This is an execution-focused role not a strategy, transformation, or ERP implementation position.

  • You will serve as the operational right-hand to the Head of the Data & Analytics organization, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, organized, visible, and delivered on track.


Requirements:



  • Media/Entertainment background will have an upper hand.

  • 5+ years of project management, program management, PMO, or Chief of Staff experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Proven experience operating and managing portfolios, not just individual projects.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Asana; Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project also relevant.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack, or SharePoint.

  • Demonstrated experience with RAID, RAG reporting, project governance, risk management, and dependency tracking.

  • Working knowledge of Data & Analytics environments, with the ability to understand technical work, challenge assumptions, and identify delivery risks.

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and relentless on follow-through.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and holding teams accountable to commitments and dates.


Responsibilities:



  • Own the D&A intake and prioritization process, ensuring requests are captured, evaluated, prioritized, and converted into actionable plans.

  • Maintain a master portfolio in Asana, with clear ownership, scope, stage, priority, and timelines.

  • Own integrated project plans, critical paths, dependencies, milestones, and delivery dates.

  • Drive accountability by proactively tracking owners, blockers, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

  • Establish and run weekly operating cadences, status reviews, and leadership reporting.

  • Develop clear RAG reporting, RAID logs, decision logs, and executive dashboards.

  • Coordinate dependencies across Data & Analytics and partner functions including Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Enterprise Solutions.

  • Partner with technical leads to sequence work and translate complex technical topics into concise, business-facing updates.

  • Maintain scope discipline and distinguish committed deliverables from future enhancements.

  • Provide leadership with a single, reliable view of portfolio health, risks, decisions, and priorities.
