Job DescriptionOverview

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in New York, NY.

Your role
  • Split time between on site and office/remote.
  • Report to Project Director and/or Lead Project Manager.
  • Work in Owner's Rep atmosphere managing multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with client, contractor, design team and stakeholders.
  • Review project schedule and budgets, analysis change orders for entitlement, prepare weekly/monthly reports, provide support as needed and manage assistant project managers.
  • Manage project files and internal reporting programs.
About you
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience working in Aviation and/or Hospitality.
  • Knowledge of project management programs. PMP or CCM equivalent preferred.
  • Travel required to local airports (JFK, LGA, NWK).
