Job description

  1. Independent Project Manager Consultants, 100% Remote Work position, sought for long-term contracts (with annual renewals) to assist retailer in the Planning, Design and Construction of brick-and-mortar stores serving the Higher-Education community.
  2. PM Consultants will be responsible for management and oversight of short and long-term interior fit-out projects, from space planning, concept design and budgeting through execution and closeout.
  3. PM Consultants will assemble and oversee teams of store planners, designers, vendors, and contractors, to deliver each project, on time and under budget.
  4. PM Consultants will be expected to stay current on both construction and retail industry standards, work independently, and manage multiple projects at one time.  
  5. PM Consultants will serve as liaisons to Company’s business client’s and facilities representatives, while offering their expertise for internal Company support in the areas of space planning, retail design, and construction.
  6. Additional responsibilities include support of Company’s new business acquisitions and account renewal efforts, overseeing the early concept development and programming for future store renovations.  
  7. PM Consultants must employ the highest level of verbal and written communications skills, possess excellent time management, surmount challenges in a professional and expedited manner, exhibit strong presentation skills, be capable of leading and collaborating with professionals from supporting industries, be motivated to research innovative solutions and drive change, and have strong decision-making skills.  
  8. Some Travel required.
  9. 100% Remote Work.
