Duration: 12+ months of contract with possibilities of extension and FTE

Location: Florence, SC, 29501

Shift: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 4 PM w/ flexibility of one hour before or after)


Job Description:

Summary: The main function of a program manager is to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects within an organization to ensure they align with the company's strategic goals and deliver beneficial changes. A typical program manager is responsible for managing the program's budget, timeline, resources, staff, and delivering expected business value and outcomes.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across functional teams.
  • Manage and allocate program resources and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans when needed.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations.


Skills:

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking with proven project/program management abilities.
