Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects
Manage projects across ERP, EPM, SCM, and FDI domains
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scope, risks, and resource plans
Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful outcomes
Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams
Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide status reporting to leadership
Drive change management and adoption strategies
Ensure integration with existing healthcare systems and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies based on project needs.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing healthcare ERP solutions
Proven experience with Oracle Fusion implementations or optimization initiatives
Strong knowledge of:
o Oracle Fusion ERP
o Oracle Fusion EPM
o Oracle Fusion SCM
o Oracle Fusion FDI / analytics
Experience leading cross-functional, complex IT projects
Experience working in a healthcare environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Familiarity with healthcare finance, supply chain, and operational workflows
Experience with cloud ERP integrations, data migration, and enterprise architecture
