  • Hands-on technical background in Java development.
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Scrum project delivery.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end project execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Preferred:
Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM).
