About RWS One


RWS One is a full-service system integrator serving the food and beverage industry. We design complete food processing systems for some of the largest food and beverage companies in the nation. In addition to engineering system designs, we oversee mechanical and electrical installation, write and implement PLC/HMI programming, and commission the computerized controls that set our systems apart.

As a privately held company, we believe in taking care of the employees who contribute to our success. We are currently seeking experienced Controls Project Managers to support projects across the United States.


Location: Roscoe, IL 


· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects.

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

· Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.

· Ensure resource availability and allocation.

· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost. 

· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

· Report and escalate to management as needed.

· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

· Use and continually improve leadership skills.

· Travel to installations. Customer site work is required; travel expectation in excess of 75%


Requirements:

· BS in either computer science or engineering for technical project managers, or equivalent experience.

· Experience in material handling, design or manufacturing environment preferred.

· Able to develop detailed cross functional schedules utilizing Microsoft Project, or equivalent software.

· Able to read and interpret AutoCAD P&ID Drawings. 

· Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs. 

· Able to work with stakeholders and engineers to ensure the mechanical system as installed will function properly.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work independently and with a team. 

 ·Strong organizational and time-management skills.
