Job description

Your Opportunity
At Brivity, part of the PLACE family of companies, we build the technology that powers high-performing real estate teams. Our platform is trusted by agents and brokerages across the country, and every new client who joins us deserves a launch experience that reflects the quality of the product they just invested in. We hold ourselves to a high standard - accurate, on time, and error free - every time.
This is YOUR CHANCE to own the client experience from the moment a sale closes to the moment a client goes live. As our Implementation Project Manager, you will be the face of Brivity for every new client, the project lead who keeps every stakeholder aligned, and the quality bar that ensures nothing slips through the cracks. If you thrive on ownership, run a tight project, and genuinely care about the experience clients have, this is your PLACE.
Who Develops You: Director of Implementation
What You're Great At
You own things - fully, from kickoff to go-live - and you don't let things fall through the cracks. You communicate proactively, not reactively, and your clients always know where things stand. You can direct a team, manage competing priorities, and spot a risk before it becomes a problem. You are comfortable working across multiple functions at once - Launch Tech, MLS, Import, Design - without losing the thread on any of them. You are organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure. And when a process isn't working, you don't just flag it - you fix it.
What You'll Do
  • Own the client experience throughout onboarding, serving as the primary point of contact and maintaining proactive, timely communication at every stage - including the initial intro call and regular progress updates
  • Consistently meet core onboarding KPIs, including a 14 to 21 day launch timeline, 90%+ client satisfaction (CSAT), and error-free launches
  • Own and maintain the client's Arrows onboarding plan, keeping every phase, task, and internal milestone accurate and current from kickoff through go-live
  • Direct the Launch Technician's daily workload, adjusting priorities as needed, and inspect their QA process to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
  • Manage the full contact data import process, from gathering client files and business information through data cleanup, Import team coordination, and client review
  • Complete compliance requirements on the client's behalf in a timely manner
  • Coordinate MLS approval and website or design requests, translating requirements into clear client-facing guidance and ensuring the final product meets quality expectations
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and proactively implement solutions based on client feedback to reduce churn and keep onboarding on track
  • Partner with the leadership team to build and maintain process and training documentation, and to identify and implement improvements that enhance the customer experience
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring
  • Experience in project management, client onboarding, implementation, or customer success, ideally within a SaaS or real estate technology environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms with the ability to learn new software tools quickly
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously against defined timelines
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-first tone
  • Strong organizational skills, effective multitasking ability, and the capacity to prioritize workload based on urgency
  • Strong ability to identify patterns across accounts and apply sound judgment to adapt quickly to changing client needs
  • Comfort working across cross-functional teams - including Launch Tech, MLS, Import, and Design - to keep projects moving

Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000/year depending on experience
Why PLACE
We believe people do their best work when they're trusted, supported, and surrounded by others who are equally driven. Our competitive benefits include PTO as needed, comprehensive insurance coverage, a 401(k) match, stock option grants, and a stock purchase plan. Every team member is an owner, building the PLACE they are proud to call "my company."
