Job description

About Polymarket
Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.
We're growing fast, both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.
About the Role
Our engineering team ships fast and juggles multiple initiatives across backend, mobile, and web. We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives in chaos and brings just enough order to help us move even faster. You'll work directly with our engineering lead to reduce the coordination overhead that currently slows down technical work.
This isn't a PMO role. We don't want heavy process or endless standups. We want someone who can ingest the daily chaos, organize it, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks while our engineers focus on building. You'll be the person who ensures project C doesn't get forgotten while everyone's heads-down on projects A and B.
You'll succeed here if you're proactive, low-ego, and comfortable with constant change. Our team moves fast, and we need someone who not only keeps up but actively helps us accelerate.
What You'll Do
  • Track active engineering projects and maintain Linear organization across all initiatives
  • Follow up on blockers across product, design, backend, mobile, and web teams
  • Write lightweight status updates that keep everyone aligned without creating bureaucracy
  • Facilitate coordination between engineering teams to prevent duplicate work and missed dependencies
  • Identify when projects are slipping and proactively pull in the right people to get them back on track
  • Sit in engineering conversations and escalate technical decisions to appropriate stakeholders
  • Transform daily chaos into clear next steps and ownership assignments

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in fast-moving engineering environments
  • Positive attitude toward chaos and ambiguity, with ability to create order without slowing things down
  • Low-ego personality who can work effectively with engineers at all levels
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical projects
  • Experience coordinating between mobile and web development teams
  • Proactive communication style with warm, approachable demeanor
  • Familiarity with Linear, Jira, or similar project tracking tools

Benefits
  • Competitive salary & equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage
  • 401k match
  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
