This position is a direct hire opportunity!
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Project Manager for our consturction client to start immediately up to $90K/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, supervising, and delivering projects in alignment with quality standards, deadlines, and budget while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Project Manager acquires necessary resources and coordinates the efforts of team members, principals, and subcontractors to execute projects according to plan and budget.
  • Thoroughly review awarded projects to facilitate smooth turnover from sales to operations.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Coordinators to define the overall project execution plan.
  • Partner with the Superintendent to ensure construction aligns with contract requirements, industry standards, and schedule.
  • Review and update weekly and/or monthly job status reports.
  • Proactively manage potential schedule delays; notify all relevant parties regarding time extensions and/or additional costs per contract terms.
  • Maintain open, transparent communication with the internal team regarding any project issues or problem areas.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Clearly and timely communicate project expectations to team members, customers, principals, and installers.
  • Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company, customers, and principals.
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism and leadership in all interactions.
  • Engage professionally with installers and principals at all times.
  • Actively participate in operations meetings.
  • Understand and promote the company's culture and accountability standards.
  • Comply consistently with all company policies and procedures.
  • Fully understand and utilize the building scan process and related software for effective communication.
  • Determine, verify, and record required hard dimensions to accurately fabricate the appropriate scope of work.
  • Transcribe field dimensions for fabrication purposes when needed.
  • Effectively use all media and mobile technology to keep customers, principals, and associates informed.
  • Establish and clearly identify project deadlines.
  • Schedule and manage site reviews, field measure trips, installation reviews, and installation/material inspections on a consistent basis.
  • Review and update end-of-month reports in a timely manner.
  • Consistently and frequently promote the company's Safety program.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule/Shift Details: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 5-7 years of commercial construction experience required.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents (architectural, structural, mechanical, specifications, etc.).
  • Experience with metal panels, railings, and skylights is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and material suppliers is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time installation and adherence to budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and proven time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective supervisory and leadership capabilities.
  • Highly relational; works collaboratively across internal and external teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate when appropriate.
  • Capable of developing and maintaining thorough product and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Understanding of, and ability to prepare, accurate proposals and quote requests.
  • Must obtain and maintain current required certifications (e.g., OSHA, CCS, etc.).
  • Physical requirements: prolonged desk/computer work; ability to lift up to 15 pounds; travel to construction sites; ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
