Location: Hybrid in St. Louis, MO (4 days onsite/1 WFH)


Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of Technical Project Management or Program Management experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple complex, highly visible technical projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery processes.
  • Executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, MS Project, and related platforms.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, Word, and related project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and quickly identify and resolve project challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience relevant to the organization.
  • Experience with Chalk or similar workforce planning/platform tools.
