Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and maintain schedules for production, personnel, and resources according to operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers and project teams to ensure timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Monitor project and task progress, identifying potential conflicts or delays and proposing solutions.
  • Generate and maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and assignments.
  • Communicate schedule changes and priority updates to relevant teams in a timely manner.
  • Support resource planning and process optimization to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on scheduling performance and compliance with timelines.

Qualifications / Requirements / Knowledge / Education / Skills:
