Job description

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects through rigorous governance and structured execution. The ideal candidate brings 5-6 years of hands-on project management experience, focused on formal project management methodologies, cross-functional leadership, and establishing clear accountability. You will establish and maintain the delivery framework for projects, ensuring alignment, transparency, and excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stand up projects end-to-end, defining clear scope, objectives, success metrics, governance model, and ways of working from day one.
  • Create and maintain project governance artifacts (charter, RACI, RAID, decision log, integrated plan) as living tools
  • Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and operations, aligning contributors to shared outcomes and timelines.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path across workstreams.
  • Be able to lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Drive accountability and ownership, ensuring workstream leads and vendors clearly understand their responsibilities.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating early with clear options and recommendations for leadership.
  • Facilitate effective governance forums (SteerCo, working sessions, exec reviews) with clear agendas, decisions required, and documented outcomes.
  • Provide concise executive reporting, translating delivery status into business impact, risks, decisions needed, and next steps.
  • Ensure alignment to strategy, budget, and roadmap, validating that delivery supports agreed priorities and value realization.
  • Close projects with discipline, including transition to operations, knowledge transfer, post-launch support planning, and lessons learned.

Required Skills:

  • 5-6 years of hands-on technical project management experience
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex technology projects on time in a consulting or agency environment
  • Strong working knowledge of various tech stacks and the ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills - you can clearly articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Must have:

  • Agile delivery leadership
  • JIRA, Confluence
  • KPI and CSF tracking/reporting

Nice to have:

  • PMP, CSM or other relevant certifications
  • Experience working in consulting, digital agency, or fast-moving startup environments
Employment type:
