Job description

Job Title:

  • Technical Project Manager

    Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site at cleared facilities in the Washington DC region on a hybrid basis at a minimum.
  • U.S. DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
  • Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITBM applications.
  • Experience in designing and implementing business applications.
  • Experience in building and enhancing applications through the entire lifecycle (analyze, design, build, test, implement and support).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer engagement where you have taken customer business requirements and decomposed them into workable technical requirements.

    Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and a rapidly changing landscape.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC concepts and ability to apply that knowledge daily. Agile experience highly preferred.
  • Plus if you have a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.

    Responsibilities

  • Function as an application subject matter expert for the DTech Apps Suite of applications.
  • Engage with customers in both a structured and unstructured manner to understand their business problems and communicate cross-functionally across both customer and internal teams.
  • Define, design, and drive business solutions.
  • Manage the story backlog for multiple projects to ensure successful delivery of software configurations.
