Job description

You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL) in the UNMANNED & THEATER UNDERSEA WARFARE SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT, TECHNICAL PROJECT OFFICE of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Leading complex technical projects, particularly within the subsea and seabed warfare (SSW) domain, predominantly in emerging technology and systems engineering.

  • Managing multiple, concurrent emerging technology projects by applying project management principles to ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and performance requirements.

  • Utilizing metrics and analytical tools to assess project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

  • Communicating and negotiating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including high-level Navy personnel, contractors, and technical experts, to achieve project goals.

  • Overseeing project budgets and executing spend plans, with experience related to the Navy Working Capital Fund.
