Job description

The Mission Pavati Solutions is looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who wants direct customer exposure from day one. This is not a place to coast. We have exceptionally high expectations for our team because our customers trust us with their most critical national security challenges. You will not be hidden behind layers of corporate management; you will be embedded directly with government leadership, sitting at the table as a trusted partner to help steer technical and operational decisions. We are actively looking for a rising star who wants to push their limits and sees this role as a career accelerator. If you have the grit to work hard, handle high stakes customer coordination, and are interested in managing modern cloud environments, we will give you the support to launch you into the next level of leadership. What You’ll Do * Direct Customer Advisory & Facilitation: Organize, lead, and facilitate demos and briefings with key customer stakeholders.
* Critical Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements, translating mission needs into clear specifications and Statements of Work (SOWs).
* Technical & Cloud Resource: Track software licenses and analyze cloud computing costs (primarily AWS).
* ISOR: Manage the security, compliance, and daily operations of a cloud environment. Who You Are * The Trusted Coordinator: 3+ years of experience in technical project management, program support, military tech operations, or business analyst roles where you regularly interacted with stakeholders.
* A Confident Decision Maker: You don't wait around for permission to fix a problem. You have the communication skills and confidence to advise customers, manage body language in tough meetings, and defend your operational recommendations.
* Adaptable Tech Foundation: You don't need to be a cloud software engineer, but you aren't afraid of technical concepts. If you understand basic IT networks, software lifecycles, or cloud infrastructure, we will train you on the rest.
* Tool Proficient: Highly organized and experienced with standard office suites and project tracking tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field (equivalent practical experience counts too). Preferred (Nice to Have, But Not Required) * A PMP or CAPM certification.
* Familiarity with cloud cost tracking tools (like AWS Cost Explorer).
* Basic awareness of government contract elements (OTAs, CRADAs, TRLs).
* Exposure to basic cybersecurity or risk frameworks (NIST, RMF). Benefits Pavati provides a premium rewards package that includes full employer paid premiums for healthcare, an automatic 6% 401(k) contribution, and a very friendly PTO policy. We further invest in your professional growth through a dedicated annual allowance for education and advanced certifications. Location & Flexibility: This is a Hybrid role requiring high side access. It is not a fully Remote position. Your time will be split between client sites and remote work based on the specific needs of the mission. About Pavati Pavati is focused on closing the gap between commercial innovation and government adoption. We don’t do business as usual. We help advanced technologies move quickly and securely into operational use by cutting through the noise and focusing on practical, high impact outcomes. If you want to spend more time building and less time navigating bureaucracy, we want to talk.
