The Opportunity
As a Sustainability - Capital Project and Infrastructure - Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing capital programs and projects, working closely with clients to analyze project needs, develop strategies for efficient delivery, and enhance project management practices. Within our Operations practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand, deepen your technical skills, and become aware of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear.
In this role at PwC, you will leverage your critical thinking to break down complex concepts and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
