Job description

ECS is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to work in our Fairfax, VA office supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects that drive innovation.
ECS is seeking a Technical Project Analyst with proven administrative and technical capabilities to provide organizational support for projects focused on US Government and Department of War missions. The ideal candidate for this role will be a critical thinker, an excellent communicator and will be self-motivated, action-driven, and passionate about collaborating with various stakeholders on various topics.
This position assists with customer engagements including technical discussions and project monitoring and control. The Technical Project Analyst will report directly to the Program Manager and provides programmatic and technological support on current and planned daily activities.
This is a hybrid position, with the expectation for on-site work (Fairfax, VA and/or Springfield, VA) at least 3 days a week, with the potential for adjustment depending upon program needs. ECS has extraordinary customers who are thought and action leaders in the AI/ML field. We offer highly competitive compensation and benefits to the right person for this key position.
This position offers a wealth of exposure to key AI/ML industry leaders and supports development, deployment and end-to-end support of frontier technologies.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Orchestrating meetings and capturing meeting minutes
  • Organizing project kickoff and Technical Exchange Meetings
  • Facilitating customer/partner engagements to recognize requirements
  • Assisting with resolving blockers and aligning cross-functional teams around project goals and technical requirements

Salary Range: $85,000-100,000
