Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives and ensure successful delivery of technical and business objectives. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, FL.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate program goals and strategic objectives into actionable technical workstreams and deliverables

  • Coordinate engineering activities and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment with program outcomes

  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve technical issues across the entire program lifecycle

  • Facilitate clear communication among product, project, and engineering leaders to maintain stakeholder alignment

  • Support technical reviews, documentation, and quality assurance practices to uphold program standards

  • Drive process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and achieve technical and business objectives

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • Strong technical background with proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional engineering programs

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, coordinate multiple teams, and handle dependencies

$60-$70 per hour
