Job Summary
The OMS Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for driving strategic visibility and business value realization across Order Management, Fulfillment, and Delivery platforms. The role will partner closely with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to define business KPIs, measure platform impact, and translate complex technical initiatives into clear executive-level narratives and value stories. The position requires strong program management, stakeholder management, communication, and experience with enterprise Order Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and track KPIs for Order Management System (OMS), fulfillment, and omnichannel initiatives.
  • Translate OMS platform capabilities and technical initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop leadership presentations, dashboards, and value realization reports.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex technical initiatives and platform capabilities through clear executive-level narratives and value stories.
  • Support roadmap planning and strategic positioning of OMS platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business objectives, performance measures, and opportunities for value realization.
  • Monitor platform impact and communicate progress, outcomes, and key performance indicators to leadership.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment between technical investments and business priorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Strategy, Consulting, Advisory/Business Services, or related roles.
  • Experience with Order Management Systems, order fulfillment, inventory, and delivery platforms.
  • Strong understanding of OMS and omnichannel initiatives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to connect technology investments and platform capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong experience defining, tracking, and communicating business KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
  • Strong program management and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with IBM Sterling Commerce OMS / Sterling OMS.
  • Experience with Salesforce OMS.
  • Experience with Manhattan, Fluent Commerce, SAP, or other enterprise OMS solutions.
  • Retail or pharmacy industry experience.
