Senior Technical Program Manager
Overview / Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager and PMO Lead with experience delivering complex enterprise platforms, multi-workstream implementations, and large-scale business transformations. This role establishes governance, aligns stakeholders, and leads cross-functional teams to execute critical initiatives from strategy through production.
The role focuses on planning and overseeing technology implementation and upgrades across technology applications, capabilities, and solutions. The position may also support Scrum Master or Agile Coach responsibilities while applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans and define project/program scope, goals, and deliverables for technology application development and implementation.
  • Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with IT teams and technology vendors.
  • Facilitate development efforts by creating and monitoring efficient processes between internal teams and external technology providers.
  • Communicate project and program status updates to stakeholders across multiple organizations and teams using quantitative measurements.
  • Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources.
  • Provide accurate analysis and reporting and present data clearly for presentations and reviews.
  • Identify project and program risks and develop risk mitigation plans to support timely completion.
  • Manage technology product goals and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with technical development teams to translate long-term objectives into actionable technology strategies and implementation roadmaps.
  • Guide execution using standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4 years of IT experience.
  • 1 year of Program Management experience.
  • Expert-level Project Management experience.
  • Experience with Integrated Business Planning.
  • Experience with PMO.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Experience with Business Process Improvement.
  • Experience with Product Development.
  • Experience with Agile Software Development.
  • Experience as a Program Manager.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Release Train Engineer.
